The fabric is faded to a dark grey / blue-ish grey on the topside, but looks black and new on the underside - regardless fabric is in good condition and works great. Comes with everything required to install it, brackets, shims, bolts, supports and the shade.
Covers 5ft x 5ft and is adjustable side to side for a more narrow or wide t-top fit. If your top is 5 ft (60 inches) or wider you mount in the outermost pockets sewn into the fabric. Adjusts down to as narrow as 44 inches, if you need even narrower a fabric shop could fold over the pocket area and sew it to any size, no cutting required. Makes a huge difference in the hot sun!
